Breakfast options are often high in sugar! As I mentioned in previous blogs, sugar is a HUGE problem in America with many people consuming 3x the recommended amounts. And it’s not just added sugars, it’s the wheat products that you are consuming, as well. The starch in common wheat, typically known as modern dwarf wheat, raises your blood sugar more than table sugar (Hyman MD)! That is why I am sharing over 30 gluten and dairy free breakfast Ideas that are also sugar free!
This is my first roundup blog, which is basically a combination of recipes from other bloggers. I’ve picked out recipes that are sugar free (including gluten), and some that are sugar-free, gluten and dairy free. Additionally, I avoided recipes with unhealthy oils, large amounts of butter, and other super unhealthy ingredients.
My breakfasts are basically all made gluten-free and with natural sweeteners, and I don’t even miss the recipes I used to make with refined sugar and white flour. I also use almond milk instead of cow’s milk.
There are many natural substitutes for sugar including: maple syrup, honey, dates, stevia, etc.
There are a ton of gluten free substitutes including: coconut flour, almond flour, cassava flour, tapioca flour, bean flours, etc.

The tahini cookies turned out great! Maybe a little ‘crumbly’ but awesome flavor. And we did the carrot/banana muffin recipe, but as a loaf/banana bread-type form. That is incredible!!! We used the almond flour in it, and it could have even used chopped walnuts in that too, if you are not allergic to nuts.
