Hi, my name is Jena.

The goal for this blog started off to help people better understand their health choices! But now I’m writing on something even more important THE GOSPEL TRUTH ABOUT SALVATION which isn’t found in MOST churches.

I’m an EVANGELIST, BORN-AGAIN Christian with a Gift of Spiritual Wisdom. The bible was confusing to me most of my life, but after I repented and received the Holy Spirit I understood more than I ever imagined I would, and received Spiritual Wisdom. Now I share TRUTH, I help people find the ROAD TO SALVATION and get FREEDOM from RELIGION. Now just about everything I write I’m guided to write by the Holy Spirit.

Why I Originally Created: The Wellness Resolution

The Wellness Resolution was created originally to uncovers many of the lies and deceptions about health, and help people to discover the truth about what it means to live a wellness lifestyle!

I have a Wellness Coach, Happiness Coach, and Life Coach Certificate, and I have gained unique expertise from becoming horribly sick with debilitating pain and depression, and finding a way out of the hole of darkness that engulfed me and beckoned to swallow me whole. I found a way out through my persistent efforts to keep fighting, the support of my husband, and my faith in God. Through my journey, I’ve learned a lot about wellness and the flaws in our healthcare system.

My expertise includes problems with the U.S. healthcare system, the food marketing lies, the political corruption, and how history has influenced and distorted our current views on health care and what it means to be healthy.

When I see half of my generation struggling with some sort of ongoing health issue, I’m concerned. I’m also worried about the generation of kids to come. Even helping a handful of people would be better than helping no one at all.

The Wellness Resolution is a directional road map on how to take some preventative efforts against chronic illness when the world is becoming incredibly sick. To me, life is a journey where we continuously learn and grow, we find new dreams and adventures, and become better versions of ourselves. The person I’ve become today I love more than my former self, and I feel incredibly grateful. I honestly can’t believe how many dreams and adventures I’ve made happen this far in my life with all my health and other life struggles. I don’t want to see illness take away anyone’s dreams and life adventures.

My wellness expertise includes over 7 years of marketing, research, and developing content for holistic health businesses. Plus, my own personal journey of battling health issues and finding a way to live a healthier life. I have a passion for wellness with a wealth of knowledge surrounding: wellness, flaws in healthcare, etc.
